Leydon Avalon University…
“Alright everyone, you may now turn in your assignments.”
We all got up out of our seats and handed in our essays to Dr. Wapasha Giroux who taught our Social Movements in Literature class. Most of the other classmates and underclassmen had glazed eyes when they were turning in their papers.
Since I sat in the front row, I was the first one to hand my homework to Dr. Giroux.
“That’s it for class. You’re all dismissed.” He said.
As others escaped, I was about to leave before the prof called me.
“Hey, Tito. I’d like to talk to you for a little bit.”
I didn’t expect that.
“Sure, Dr. Giroux.”
