The other bands played until they got to the headliner Emblem Duchess.
Those four ladies played a nice blend of riot grrl punk that hasn’t been seen since Sleater-Kinney or Bratmobile.
I had the chance to interview all of them and got some content for the next issue of Vanguard Beat.
I did owe it to Elijah though. I went to their merch table and bought their album.
“Hey, thanks.” Elijah told me.
“Yeah. You deserve the money.” I said. Maybe I can be somewhat better when it comes to getting some new music.
