It’s been quite a journey being an Australian living in America.
I flew thousands of miles away to be educated at one of the top universities in the Midwest with a scholarship as I’m studying to get my business degree here in the states. For so long, I’ve been working for so many companies since I was a teenager to make some kind of living, but I want to be my own boss at some point.
I had to get used to things like with how people spell things differently compared to us people down under (seriously, the word neighbor has a “u” in it like most of the English speaking world). With that being said, I had to get a few things off my chest.
