“Inspector, you’re not going to believe this.” Fatiyyah began this revelation of sorts. “They’ve been opening up branches all over America, but they’ve been meeting in the U.K., India, Japan, and Canada. Guess who’s been at all these openings?”
“Some grand poo bah of a CEO, I assume?” I smirked while asking her.
She turned her laptop around to show me pictures of one person at all these locations and my eyes almost popped out of my head.
“Good sweet Sally, that’s our mayor!” I shouted!
