“I’ll call them up right now.” The secretary paged whoever was there. “Some reporters would like to speak with you.” She spoke to the intercom. “They’ll be right with you.”
We waited in the lobby. We had our phones and notebooks ready. I played the part quite well with my fedora, tie, and suspenders. Fatiyyah wore her glasses and had her hair back while sporting some nerdier gear instead of a lab coat.
They eventually came over to us. There was this tall and muscular guy who looked emotionless for some odd reason.
