I just sighed when Darina picked those stapled pieces of paper up. “It’s a script I’ve been working on for a short film.”
She quietly read to herself as she skimmed through the script.
“You made this?”
I nodded.
“This is great! It would be awesome if you were to get some actors and film it.” Darina complimented me. “Realistic fantasy stories are a rarity, and I’m glad you didn’t resort to piggybacking onto certain dark fantasy stories that get cable TV time.”
