I started leaving my bed and walked around while others were gasping.
Was it that big of a deal to see me move around? I noticed that I was taller than most of them. The tallest person in that room came up to my chin. I guess they’d consider me to be almost a giant, but I just happened to be made that way.
“Excuse me, GA…”
Well, I guess that’s my name for short.
“Yes?”
“Before you see the world out there, we need to make some proper adjustments to you. Don’t worry, they’ll be painless.”
“What kind of adjustments, you ask?” I wondered.
