“I know I write and perform pop music, but the thing is I incorporate some real life experiences for example. It’s not like all the stuff I write about are breakups or songs about positive vibes or anything like that.” I explained. “I just hate how people discount me because I’m not something like a punk rocker or some indie singer/songwriter.”
“Is that so?” Mrs. Barnyachev asked. “As you know, pop music isn’t my cup of tea, but I can at least appreciate people who can do it right.”
