Hollandus Landing Chapter 625: Kalyani Misra part XX

It was the final rehearsal before the big concert right here in Hollandus Landing.

We started out just fine with the instruments in perfect tune and everyone’s on beat.

I had to make a change though.

“Hey, soundman.” I spoke with my headset. “Could you do me a favor?”

“Ask away, Kali.”

“For this practice and for the show, I want to see what it’s like singing without the safety net.” I requested.

“Are you serious? What if the audience catches some missed notes?”

“I want this to be real even if I make a mistake.” I had to put my foot down. “I know the crowd will understand with me being real to them for once.”
