Gateway to the Empyrean: Cirrocumulus 33

Another day at school, another reason to make life less pleasurable.

I was busy with a worksheet in my astronomy class elective. Granted, I never dreamed of being in space, but I may have been dreaming too small.

We learned about some of the constellations. Not just the ones in the Zodiac, I’m talking about stuff like the Lynx, the Teumessian Fox, and other things. It would be interesting if someone used those names as references in a book series like that and…

A paper airplane hit my elbow as it made an emergency landing on my desk.

With great haste, I crumpled up that paper and focused on my work. I wasn’t going to go through this childish nonsense again.
