“That’s a bunch of colleges.” I commented on her list. “Shoot, I have to start applying for them before I graduate.”
“Tell me about it. I’ve been trying to stay local, but I chose Skidmore on a whim despite it being all the way in Saratoga Springs, New York.” Corinne said. “It feels strange because I’ve never been outside the state before.”
“Really? Wow.” I commented on that revelation. “That also sounds like a trek though.”
“Apparently it’s an hour and a half getting to that city which sounds like a lot.” She said.
“Try moving three states away.” I half-jokingly made that point to her.
“No disagreements there. I’m just so cloistered though.” She sighed.
