Day 8: Least Favorite Villain You Wrote?
My pick for the least favorite villain would be Crescendo from Quarterback in Daffodil Heights. While he did bad things, I realized that he was more sympathetic in hindsight with his backstory and his reason for going after Azalea had justifiable elements. How would you feel if someone killed your mom and some of your people? I didn’t think about the ramifications as much as I should have, and I’ve been much better at those subjects in later books compared to when I wrote it for NaNoWriMo back in 2015.
