Chojin World is a unique and dynamic world. Instead of using fossil fuels, electricity, or hydrogen, there’s a source called aura drive. Not only is it the main resource to fuel and power places, but it is also used as energy for fighting techniques. In the city of Shikago-cho, there’s a working-class neighborhood known as Kenmozukai that has suffered a disturbing number of deaths and assaults in that area. The perpetrator is Hu Li Kwan who has abused his power to prove that he’s the strongest compared to anyone in the city. Fortunately, there is a trio of vigilantes willing to protect their neighborhood. There’s Azucena Roma-Cardoso who moonlights as a museum tour guide by day but is able to use psionic energy to create extra limbs for attacking and defending. The second one is Umid Mustafin. He teaches at one of the local dojos and has immense quickness in his fighting style. They’re lead by Makara Pailin. He’s an aura drive engineer but is not afraid to fight with that resource and his patented spring autumn dao. This is one of many stories across this multiverse in the Hollanduscosm.
Kenmozukai Protectorate was a Camp NaNoWriMo project I wrote back in April. I wanted to write a shorter story in the Hollanduscosm while still tying into this multiverse. Chojin World isn’t a new thing since I do mention it with Prince Chikara X in Team Extrasolar. I wanted to create a world that was more anime-inspired with superpowered fighters around. There are also references and stealth parody elements tied to a certain “brand” of anime and manga if you look at the right signs.
