Yesterday, I finally beat Camp NaNoWriMo even though I still have to finish this draft. At least I beat this challenge even with all the stress going on in my life and with other current events.

Camp NaNoWriMo is around the corner
I can't believe this is going to be next month. This will be one year in a row since lockdown happened not long before the first session in April. This will be something I will do when that happens. I won't say what I'll write, but I will say it will involve the Hollanduscosm series. … Continue reading Camp NaNoWriMo is around the corner
Kenmozukai Protectorate Synopsis and Notes
Chojin World is a unique and dynamic world. Instead of using fossil fuels, electricity, or hydrogen, there's a source called aura drive. Not only is it the main resource to fuel and power places, but it is also used as energy for fighting techniques. In the city of Shikago-cho, there's a working-class neighborhood known as … Continue reading Kenmozukai Protectorate Synopsis and Notes
Another Camp NaNoWriMo in the Books! No pun intended.
I just confirmed my win for Camp NaNoWriMo's July session. It was weird because I actually went 11k words over my goal since I thought the story would be shorter than I expected in my first draft. I won't say what I wrote, but it does involve a future Hollanduscosm tale of sorts. I'm glad … Continue reading Another Camp NaNoWriMo in the Books! No pun intended.
Camp NaNoWriMo 2020 Winner status and prizes!
Now everything's official! I beat the April session of Camp NaNoWriMo 2020! I had to get used to the new system and everything, but this win has been finally confirmed by the folks at NaNoWriMo HQ. I got myself a shirt, poster, and water bottle for my prizes. It feel great achieving something with these … Continue reading Camp NaNoWriMo 2020 Winner status and prizes!
Camp NaNoWriMo Complete!
Sorry for the delay. I hope you all are doing well despite this pandemic situation. With the lockdown situation, at least it gave me an excuse to write when I'm not at work. I got to write a Hollanduscosm book for Camp NaNoWriMo which was alright. It was stressful not just with the global climate … Continue reading Camp NaNoWriMo Complete!
After Day 1 of Camp NaNoWriMo ’20 (April)
I got off to an okay start with Camp NaNoWriMo even though I don't have a big project. These next few days are going to be crammed with work and other important things going on, so I know I won't get everything finished right away. Of course, the state of the world really doesn't help … Continue reading After Day 1 of Camp NaNoWriMo ’20 (April)
Tomorrow is Camp NaNoWriMo
April is going to be that time of year. Granted, with all the shelter in place regulations going on, this gives me more of an excuse to write when I'm not at work with my "essential" job. Maybe I can ease my mind a bit to compete again this year. I could write another Hollanduscosm … Continue reading Tomorrow is Camp NaNoWriMo
I beat Camp NaNoWriMo July 2019!
I finally beat the July session of Camp NaNoWriMo! This was an easier month where I did a smaller project. I haven't done a July Camp NaNoWriMo in 2 years which feels weird to me. I won't say what I wrote, but this does tie to one of my 2 ongoing series. That's a 50/50 … Continue reading I beat Camp NaNoWriMo July 2019!
Camp NaNoWriMo 2019 winner
This felt great. I haven't done Camp NaNoWriMo since 2017, but I got back at it this month and completed the challenge. Camp NaNoWriMo is a wonderful off-season contest for NaNoWriMo since the word count goals are more flexible and I can knock out other books during this season. This also happens in July which … Continue reading Camp NaNoWriMo 2019 winner
