I felt like I've been feeling self-reflective especially these past few months. The author I started out to be isn't like the author I am now. As I get older and learn about different things, I feel like my ideology on writing fiction is changing. I want to get better and I want to incorporate … Continue reading When real life affects stories

Uncertainties about my fiction
I've been writing a few books and started the editing phase with them, but more needs to be done. There hasn't been enough attention from me and from my readers when it comes to this blog. I should really come up with better content or have some kind of engaging story for people to read … Continue reading Uncertainties about my fiction
30 Day Original Author Challenge: Day 25
Day 25: What is your philosophy on storytelling? My philosophy is to be original as I can. I want to have dynamic characters with multiple backgrounds, unique plots, and to deconstruct/subvert various tropes and cliches in many things that I write. I want to address real subjects in fictional form to prove various points and … Continue reading 30 Day Original Author Challenge: Day 25
I’m a Failed Creator
The world is so cutthroat. I did everything I could to talk about the messages of cruelty in story form. Alas, they couldn't even be bothered to care. Evil was good to them and Good was evil in all other facets. Looks like I had to be the bad guy.
I’ve recently had times where I wondered if my own stories can still be good.
I haven't posted anything on here in a while. Just been working, writing more books, and playtesting some characters on Talehunt as of recently. There have been some enlightening things going on despite some of the doldrums that have affected me. Trying to learn a new language has been fun and challenging for starters, but … Continue reading I’ve recently had times where I wondered if my own stories can still be good.

I've written 17 of them so far, so it was amazing releasing everything in 2018. It was also great experimenting with different … Continue reading 2018 in review

1000 posts!
Can you believe it? I made 1000 posts on my fiction blog! For a blog that's only been around for only a year, that's certainly a ton of content. Having Hollandus Landing and Gateway to the Empyrean certainly helped in increasing content on the blog. I'd like to thank anyone who's every bothered reading my … Continue reading 1000 posts!
